The company is generous with swag & food. Insurance benefits, comparable to other companies.
Cons
Company is growing way too fast for its own good. Rules and guidelines change daily. Accounting trip team is atrocious. They do not always or even nearly always put the customer first, again due to rules and guidelines changing daily. Initially great to work for, but so much has changed, you feel like you’re on a roller coaster. Not a very professional place to work. The relaxed dress code is nice, but the professionalism in the way of communication is lacking.
