Pay is great and that's pretty much it.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, employee safety was an issue. Lots of racial slurs between workers and even management. Didn't think COVID was serious.

Processes were always changing and never for the better Mandatory meetings every Wednesday and once a month that made you stay there 2 hours later then you were suppose to Co-workers talk badly about you and make up rumors and if you're not a favorite they will believe the other party High turn over rate

Pay was competitive and time off generous. Many people in the Corporate Office were friendly and great to work with.

Cons

Mixed (if any) communication was given which led to breakdowns and rework. This paved the way for a very toxic work environment.
