I worked here for a couple of years, and in a relatively senior position, but I absolutely despise the work culture. Initially there were meetings called at the house of the Owners/Management - basis their comfort and convenience - are we living in a Muneem and Maalik era - Who does that ? The strategies of Mkt development here - sorry I used the wrong word- strategy don't exist here, the "mockery" of Mkt development - its like, let's try this today, let;s try that tomorrow. There are no robust plans, and the only thing that's hammered back is EXPENSES are high. Plan your finances well, and try to pre-empt scenarios dear.management I seriously hope the management had some, at least some practical idea of running a company with plans, honesty and ethics. People were hired randomly from good back grounds, and upon finding the realities here, they quit soon enough too. Infact there have been scenarios here, wherein these people quit at will, however the organization uses it as blame-game saying those people were fired. Afterall who would want to tarnish their career in an organization which does'nt pay salaries on time, has no concept of IT returns filing, PF remittances etc. The situation gets so bad that even the office boys, security etc who are hardly paid enough, do not receive salaries for months together, but the icing on the cake - management still continues to rule the roost. "Hygiene factor" - is a term that no one here relates to. This space is not enough to capture all the feedback.
