1. Full work pressure. 2. Bad Politics. 3. Management Team trust only few leads. 4. Bond for 2 years by holding all original study certificates and playing with employees. 5. No weekends.

No pros for experienced people. Good for fresher becoz work pressure is too much. But u will learn and for that u have to pay ur personal life and health problems.

Cons

No holiday,no respect,behave like servant,force to work upto 20 hrs. Have to do 4 nightouts in a week. One man ruling.full politics.even office boy behave like boss.no personal life. This is a hell

Good place for freshers, chance to work on interesting and live projects

Cons

Total lack of planning, no processes in place. All nighters, being shouted on in the hall, being blamed for someone elses mistake is the norm. Not the place to work if you have 1-2 years of experience. This company is run like a family owned grocery store
