NO Prons If you don't have any choice then only join like only when you are fresher only then only. Salary for fresher is 10K CTC per month

Cons

Salary not on time might be for some month they will hold also Like the heading if you are slave then only join (Most of the time they keep push you work till 2-3 pm daily no Saturday no Sunday ) team is not at all exist one person 20 projects spent last two year and work for 900+ days (including night outs)
