There is no pros, not even a single point.

Cons

There are many cons.- 1- Work pressure, 2- No life balance, 3- No salary, they will keep your pending salary and if you will ask for your salary they will give n number of reasons...even they will threaten you by saying that thay will give negative feedback, they will not return your certificates...etc etc

you can learn a lot in less time,but all are outdated frameworks,so need to learn latest frameworks by your self to compete with out side market.

Cons

you can not handle pressure,no holidays,no respect,no work culture,no employee ethics, worst management ,worst support managers, there is no healthy environment and less knowledge sharing, most of the higher position people (HR,Vice President,CEO,Support mangers) is unfit for their roles so developers will struggle to work with them.at some point of time you will literally cry for situations.no encouragement,no proper salary.
