I worked for 2 years and learned how to deal with people who don't care about the employee

1 . No proper management 2. Salary issue 3. Your personal life will get spoiled as every Saturday-sunday u need to work. 4. No work timeline, if u came in the morning no guarantee u will go home on the same day. 5. If we do nightout to complete the work, they are not providing food/ Cab facility
