Good working environment . Flexible work timings. Learning and Knowledge Management which provides training's to enhance skills and upgrade knowledge.

Cons

Less Onshore opportunities at lower level, they are more at senior level.

Cons

More than a dozen of employees didn't get a salary for more than 5 months On top of that they expect people to work for straight 3 days. Once there was no drinking water in the office. Reason, they didn't pay money to the water supplier.
