Pros
1) You will learn how to work weekends and late nights. 2) You will Learn how to work in high voltage Pressure. 3) No testing direct delivery to clients. 4) No Micro management(as they will say any time you have to complete your work tonight). 5) You will learn project without proper structure and delivery of projects with in single day or week.
Cons
I don't know if I want o list down all cons that much space glassdoor allows are not, let me add few points over here. 1) No Salary on time even a single month. 2) Some times salary delays 4 months. 3) No Income tax filing properly. 4) Asks employee to stay and work over night to delivery projects. 5) Abusing employees in front of clients to get sympathy from clients. 6) No time given for proper development. 7) Testers has to test multiple projects in single day. 8) What is the process nobody knows. 9) Treat employees as Slaves. 10) No one knows which project you will work in a day 3 hours span of time. 11) Salary date depends on your experience. 12) you don't have proper tech stack, you have to work sometimes as marketing manager and sometime as developer as well. 13) False commitments given to clients and forcing developers and testers to deliver projects. 14) No recognition for employee hard work. 15) No uniform work sharing for employees. 16) works old technologies. 17) Still company is using SVN as a source control. 18) So many are there as I don't have time I am adding a few.
