Pros
Company provides open & challenging environment. Very good work culture, collaborative teams and best agile practices. Good opportunity for beginners as they can grow quickly by exhibiting their talent. Promotion criteria & Appraisals are not based on years of experience or years associated with WINIT. I have personally seen my colleagues with 2 to 3 years of experience playing very important & leadership roles in their projects. Scope for project migrations are easy. Numerous applications and lot of scope for learning on multiple domains.
Cons
Training for senior members is not very well organized. It should be streamlined.
