My career started at Winit.
Cons
It all started in August-September 2015 , they were not able to pay salaries for that month and they tried to continue not paying. But most of the employees have revolted and they started paying only few employees, it was a 'divide and rule strategy' actually , they did not want all employees to be united. And then , witnessing all this chaos ,most of the employees have resigned . They don't pay to employees in notice period (3 months) too. So, almost all of the employees have salary dues of more than 4 months.

Good working environment . Flexible work timings. Learning and Knowledge Management which provides training's to enhance skills and upgrade knowledge.
Cons
Less Onshore opportunities at lower level, they are more at senior level.
