Pros
The travel was nice I was able to travel a lot. I was able to do an outside project on my own terms which was by far the best experience I had at WIS.
Cons
The pay is far below acceptable,travel time is paid below minimum wage. Associates are not paid for one hour travel time both going to and coming from job sites. Employees are not paid for wait time at the start and end of inventories. There is excessive turnover I was only there six months most of my co-workers had been there less time than that. Management is uncaring and in a lot of cases unable to lead. Management was abusive towards employees.
