Pros

There are some good people working there, but overall it was just a paycheck. For hourly and salaried employees alike. Decent benefits.

Cons

They have had a salary free for the last three years. WIS rarely recognizes a job well done and management does not value employees. At every level of the organization, you work long hours with little compensation.

If they forget to register you in the computer you won't get paid.

Pros

Team work is the best about it.

Cons

You won't get paid if they forget to register your work day in the computer. They won't answer your emails and you won't get support. They will tell you that you did get paid like if you were born yesterday. They don't have a maintenance log for the vans, managers must put oil in the van out of their pocket.
