      Pros

      My previous company (Stericycle) was acquired by WM recently so a lot of the pros have been retained with the transfer albeit with extra perks! I was recently sent a tech swag pack which was amazing! It's great to see that they actually care about the environment and their employees. Senior members are approachable and down to earth.

      Cons

      No electric car scheme but they are working on it.

      Stable Career with Solid Team Vibes

      Pros

      Solid work-life balance—plenty of PTO and flex time. Job security—waste management isn’t going anywhere. Team’s great—everyone’s pretty down-to-earth and helpful. Diverse data—logistics, sustainability, you name it, you’ll get your hands on it. Good growth opportunities—they’ll even help with certifications.

      Cons

      Decisions take forever—lots of red tape here. Tech’s a mixed bag—some tools are outdated. Less creative freedom—it’s all about numbers and efficiency. Big company vibes—you’ve got to work through a lot of bureaucracy.
