      Pros

      No experience necessary. Scripts were provided to help with talking to customers. The team was great, laid back atmosphere and fun people. Money is good if you're fine with sticking it to the customer every once in a while and getting yelled at from time to time.

      Cons

      Department leadership speaks poorly to employees. As with many businesses, the point is to make and keep money, which also means the business is more important than the customer.

      Not About Employees Place Sucks

      Not much left to say anything good about. Love the peers I work with.

      Cons

      Over 30 yrs and benefits/perks are all gone. They couldn’t care less about employees. Forced to work 11-12 hr days 5 days a week, strictly limiting vacation so you lose it, bonuses used to be $2000 for safety, attendance, etc. and now $25. Telling employee they can’t take a sick day to stay home with sick kid which isn’t even legal in NY. Instead of filling openings they work drivers for longer days that aren’t consistent with work/personal life balance. To go to a doctor’s appt it’s like pulling teeth. New people make the same per hour as people who’ve worked here for 25+ years so raises are non-existent. Not family oriented like they try to portray.
