* 401K with 90 day, 100% vested, company match of 100% for 3%, 50% match for additional 3% * 401K offers a Roth and Traditional pre tax plan * ESPP with a 15% discount * Health insurance is cheap but coverage is great * Free & discounted college and educational programs for you and your family * Job security!!!

Cons

* Need better O-J-T programs, not leadership training (great programs) but better actual every day grind training that’s relevant to the position you have * As great frontline leadership and field executives leave or retire we are getting more people from outside of our industry or those who get more face time with leadership and they are lacking the operational know how and ability to understand daily challenges, hire from within, get out in the field and have real conversations with those who lead from the front * Frontline employees have received the same pay increase percentages that SG&A line employees have despite working everyday through COVID and being hit with record high inflation * Get better technologies, too many antiquated software programs, internet is terrible at most locations, most software we use doesn’t pull the analytical data required to maximize efficiency nor do they produce data that most key metrics are based on
