      Pros

      this company is luxury company. i have learn lot of things here and work culture is best. They take every complaint seriously .Here you can get job security. in this company employees are highly stable average time is 5 years . promotion hike are based on performance . every year minimum hike is 5%.

      Cons

      There is discrimination with night shift employees,manager dont change shift .if you are in night shift /Day shift , you are facing problem and try to change shift but they will not change your shift .they are ready to take resignation but they are not ready for changing shift. Managers just use mobile in company every time and watch reel.

      Great organization with some caveats

      Pros

      - Great benefits. - Large, stable organization with resources to assist you with tasks and projects.

      Cons

      - Difficult to get raises beyond annual 3-4% unless you get promoted or change job title. - Large organization where departments lack synergy (i.e. one hand does not know what the other hand is doing). - Lack of company culture for office staff.
