Easy job, every one needs trash, so in turn the job isn't difficult

Cons

Very robotic environment and lost the personal touch focused on metric kpis and metrics. Really lost the culture during the pandemic. If you like being micro managed and the traditional yes sir no sir environment. Where speaking to your superiors is like walking on egg shells.

The nepotism shown in this company is unbelievable. Mid-management is the worst. They treat their employees unfairly and with total disrespect.
