Pros

- Good benefits - Flexible work hours - Work/Life balance. - Unlimited PTO.

Cons

- Be receptive to what Sr. employees propose. They are hired to tell you how to do. - Adhoc tasks given. - Different designation levels, but all asked to do the same work. - No accountability. - 4-5 people overseeing the same issue. More follow-up challenges with the contractors rather than anything related to architecture or engineering.
