Terrible trucks Management is completely incompetent and negligent. 14 hour days with no breaks and no time for a lunch break. Negligent removal and disposal of asbestos and other hazardous chemicals. Cameras inside every truck with zero leniency on taking a drink of water, eating, touching the work tablet mounted in the cab, or using any type of communication device including bluetooth devices unless the parking break is set. If they catch you it's a write up, 3 day suspension with no pay or termination. They micro manage every aspect of your day. You can only see 1 stop at a time and the routers are based in Chicago. The routing is terrible and dispatch will try pushing drivers past 14 hours if their numbers are looking bad. They force drivers in on their days off and threaten to point you if you refuse to show up.. They don't trust the drivers to do the job that they hired them to do.
