      Pros

      At minimum benefits..u can get equal or better benefits in any other major company

      Cons

      Lots of friend/nepotism for top positions, most Lowe level positions relegated to majority minorities. Management very bias and at some levels don’t even respond to your emails etc. raises are low and infrequent, no significant cost of living increases . Unprofessional behavior of many colleagues causing demotivation and low moral…management is unresponsive or their attitude is “get another job” your replaceable

      Pros

      PTO was generous for newer employees and I found that it was easy to take time off. The pay wasn't too bad, but it wasn't the best either.

      Cons

      Long, long hours. 6:30AM sharp start time every morning, and typically not leaving until 5:30/6:00PM. Worked every other Saturday. The work-life balance here is not good. The yearly raises are horrible unless moving to a new positon. And no, you don't get a "big raise" for doing a great job. Lots and lots of corporate micromanaging. Distrust in employees from management.
