      Like a circus and management are the clowns

      Pros

      Pay is good, benefits, especially 401K, was good. Liked the fact they were into being "Green" and environmentally friendly. Most people are nice if they aren't a part of management.

      Cons

      Lack of communication is a big thing. RULES. So many of them. Gives me a headache just thinking about them. Retaliation for speaking up or going against management is a big thing, you will be written up. Unless of course everyone hates you and has complained to HR about you then you will get a promotion.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, including support for furthering education through tuition reimbursement program, opportunity for advancement if willing to relocate. Company seeks to remain industry leader far into the future with investments in alternate waste handling technologies and recycling. Focus on safety remains a priority, which benefits all employees.

      Cons

      Communication between senior management and field operations is poor. Employees hired prior to updated pay scales are not always brought to current scale. Current hiring procedures have dramatically increased the length of time a vacated position remains open.
