      Low Moral Call Center

      Pros

      Hours, nice office, nice cafe, nice workout facility.

      Cons

      Loud atmosphere, very low class employees. Reps walk around using filthy language while employees are on the phone. Managers don’t have management experience.

      Compensation is good, great fellow coworkers.

      Cons

      Mid Level Management tends to blame front line managers when problems arise. They will never accept responsibilities for there mistakes or oversight.

      Training wasn't good

      Pros

      They had a gym and cafeteria. Great work & life balance. You're allowed to eat at your desk. Great support from team members if you have questions.

      Cons

      Training wasn't good. I wasn't excited about my new job because of that.
