      Pros

      People there are great, given how they are treated

      Cons

      Culture of layoffs, every year around the same time people would always start being cut for no real reason. Normally around the end of quarter to try and bump up profits for the shareholders. CEO focused on "Premium garbage service" what the heck is that, people want to put it on the curb and have it disappear. Supposed to be a "Green" company. Yeah not with the stuff I've seen go to the landfill. Employees treated like garbage with the constant threat of being laid off for no other reason than not being a favored employee.
