      Call Center is not the place to be.

      Pros

      There were some great supervisors and cared about their employees. Some fun activities to keep the work as fun as it could be. The company was ok, but seemed to be mostly about the money.

      Cons

      Supervisors had their hands tied by call center management. Call center employees were treated as low level employees and were rarely considered for anything outside the call center. Many coworkers did not take the job seriously which makes it harder on the rest of the team. Overall it is a tough environment to enjoy!

      Pros

      They have great medical and vision coverage. Nice employees. Benefits were great and the 401K was worth it. Not much else.

      Cons

      Management changed to often. Working conditions were the worst I had ever experienced. Constant change in what or how the company wanted things done no matter what it concerned. Back stabbing and favoritism ran at all levels of the company. Every manager would say they were concerned about you, but you were damned for missing work if fallen ill. Reprecussions for anything that was said or done even if management had little or nothing to say about an issue from the begining. I would never work there ever again.
