      Pros

      Solid company. Pay and bonus are good. Benefits are what you would expect from a large corporations.

      Cons

      Constantly rolling out new programs before they are ready for implementation. Long work hours. Very metric drive.

      Pros

      Great work environment, excellent benefits, open door policy, provided excellent on the job training. Commission. Work hours. Like family.

      Cons

      Some micro managing. Outsourcing. No bonuses. Could show employees more appreciation by increasing raising being that this company is worth over 15 billion dollars. Some favoritism. Fuel charge and environmental fees is a way to nickel and dime the customers. Pay/raises were horrible if you are not in Sales.

      Pros

      Stable in field positions. Good experience. Stable company for the most part. Great benefits package. Most of management is very dedicated and watches out for their employees.

      Cons

      Very hard to create change especially on the employee engagement spectrum. Company tends to make mistakes on hiring senior leadership especially in the Customer Service/Experience & Employee Engagement arenas. They continuously hire huge project teams, only to realign and release everyone six months later. Not on the high end of the pay spectrum and the work is not always glamorous. IT leadership is very slow making decisions.
