      Pros

      Autonomy, work ethic, dedicated employees who deliver strong results, work and life balance is pretty good

      Cons

      Senior leadership has no connection to the field. They have greater than thou attitude with the customer facing employees. More focus on cutting the workforce to meet Wall Street expectations versus a strategy of selling your way out of a problem. Wall Street manages the company versus the company managing Wall Street.
