Pros

Independent working, lots of overtime.

Cons

Management DOES NOT hold employees accountable, or, follow-through on discipline. Lots of employees in the field are routinely short-cutting their duties and therefore service contracts are frequenty lost/cancelled due to this situation. Also, this work is very hard on the body - even if one is very fit - and chronic repititive motion joint injuries are the norm.

Great benefits and people. Pay was also very good.

Cons

Treated us like cattle and slaughtered us at the 1st chance they found a cheaper option. Our entire dept was laid off and outsourced to another country.
