      Pros

      The pay, overtime, and weekends off if your lucky.

      Cons

      Managers are all incompetent. Every one of them. They will make you feel like you are such an important asset and care about your well being. It’s all a lie. The rest of the drivers are as bad as the managers. They will push you out if they don’t like you, while the managers go along with it. The trucks are held together with zip ties and terrible welds. Air conditioners in the cab are barely blowing. Your personal life will cease to exist. Make this place your absolute last stop for employment.

      Decent Company but Culture/Management is Saddening

      Pros

      -Nice Office - Decent Pay -Great Tech Offered -There are some very awesome people

      Cons

      -The company faces high turnover, with only 30% of employees staying over five years. (Massive Red Flag DO NOT Ignore That) -Some departments experience complete turnover in under a year, including leadership. -Gossip among leaders is common, and mismanagement leads to inconsistent workloads. -Leadership is poorly trained, and accountability is rarely taken by managers for mistakes.
