      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and virtually no pushback when requesting, although I imagine that's manager dependent. Decent 401k matching, good stock discount purchase program. 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office is a good balance. Upper management and higher-ups in general are very approachable and easy to talk to. Quality environment to work in when in the office as well.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive. Like any company, you'll hear about the 9 figures per quarter distributed to shareholders, while you get your 3% increase each year which can be insulting. Not this would differ from any other major employer however.
