      Pros

      Pay and OT Home every day Most drivers off by mid-afternoon Very predictable schedule once you learn your route

      Cons

      The WM rules are on the rigid side. Hard not to break them regularly doing your day to day job. On the flip side they are pretty common sense and keep you honest when it comes to safety. If you're doing the right thing it will not be a problem. Some of the rural routes can be long days (10-12 hours), but thats only if you have those routes and the OT is good for those who like it.

      Pay/Benefits Easy work Good Equipment

      Cons

      Routing is awful. WM continues to use a system that does not work and those at the bottom pay for it. Route Managers are no longer allowed to see drivers routes or work with routers to improve routes. This is supposed to be so that routers are held accountable for mistakes, however, nothing ever gets better.
