      Pros

      Management's awesome you feel like they care. I had a allocation case come up instead of "though luck bud" they immediately started showing me different leaves I could qualify for to see My children. They didn't just stop there they let me know what the union had in terms of benefits like legal insurance. I have never worked for a place that fights for you until I got here. The workers are great too, you really feel like it's a brother hood and people look out for you.

      Cons

      You do toss trash. There is favoritism nothing negative towards me but I did notice not everyone was given the same chances I was.
