      Lacking commitment to People First

      Pros

      Good benefits and vacation time. My teammates.

      Cons

      WM is more committed to its shareholders and less to its workforce. WM has neglected its workforce. Customer service is overworked and understaffed. The company can't hire more staff due to these shareholder commitments. The long wait times are making customers angry. There are no WM points to hand out, no recognition events and prizes like before and customer service week was in name only. Also, pay it lacking behind other companies with the same role.
