Everything went downhill once the pandemic hit, which is understandable I guess. Management sucked. They tell you they understand and are there for you but when you go to them for help, they’re hardly ever there or understanding. The workload continues to increase as well as the goals/metrics with little to no change in pay. Overworked and burnt out is all I can say. Not a long term job in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible place to work. You're a number. All they do is worry about money. They always say that employees come first but that's a straight up lie. I was with the company for 4 years and every single time they talked about how much they appreciated us and wanted to give us something to show their appreciation, we got a crappy backpack. Absolutely everything was about money. I got written up for having seven minutes of overtime. Yet they complained that we weren't working enough. I can go on and on but I won't. My raise for a cost of living was $0.07. they bought out our company that was thriving. Okay fine. I understand. But they turned around and shut it down and left all 80 of us unemployed. They offered us a $2,000 severance package. It was absolute bulls**t. Stay away from this company. They are terrible people. And not to mention, they want to preach about how they are eco-friendly, but you should see the amount of waste they produce.
