      Pros

      Little to no interference from Management you are free to run your day as if you run the business yourself. Great pay. Fun and lively work environment. Best place to make friends at work. Highly supportive peer system.

      Cons

      Little to no training or ongoing support from management with individuals whom are struggling to meet goals. Stress over job security when not meeting sales quotas. Internal applicants need not apply for management without having a relevant degree. Lack of consistency in enforcement of policies/procedures. Lack of sound judgment or decision making when changes are implemented or needed. Stubborn Management unwilling to accept any form of criticism be it constructive or otherwise indifferent.

      Pros

      Very kind and professional employees who seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Many benefits. ESPP, 401k, medical after 90 days, cafeteria and gym on site.

      Cons

      Training so far does not seem very organized, massive text book issued to each employee to study but not to keep, expected to transfer information by hand. Company uses old school clock in method, can only clock in 5 minutes early - 1 minute late any more or less and you are penalized. It's a given than monitoring stats for each employees performance is good business but seems borderline "big brother" at times.

      My working hours were ideal. M-F. That is literally the ONLY problem I have

      If you want to feel appreciated, don't work here. The commission structure CONSTANTLY changes. And they are constantly lowering the cap. When I left, the cap was only 1/3 of what it was the year prior. I worked commercial customers, then they made us start taking calls for residential customers. Policies and procedures are WAY different, however we received no training on it. Speaking of training... it is a joke. After training there is no help on the floor except for your coworkers. And they get on trouble for helping you. The place is so micromanaged and it's such a stressful environment. And they fire people for the tiniest thing, or fire GREAT employees over false accusations. The upper management lies and does NOT care about its employees.
