      Pros

      Good pay, lots of overtime, causal environment (clothing) and generally nice, hardworking drivers and team. Very stressful and you'll never be bored. Everyday is a deadline and you'll interact/interface with some many different vendors and experiences that will serve you well in the company or in any future career.

      Cons

      Management. Too much responsibility for a position that, unless you intend on being there for 5+ years, you'll never do anything else. Very cut throat environment and nobody has anybody's back.

      Pay and benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Management had no respect for employees. Very long hours for salary workers with the management attitude of if you don't like it we can replace you. Promotions based on who you knew not on qualifications.

      Middle management at Corporate HQ

      Pros

      You will get to see the inner workings of the higher level executives.

      Cons

      Benefits have been dwindling for years. They discontinued continuing education, there are layoffs every 2 years or more and constant reorganization. The goal is always to cut costs - even if you are profitable employee bringing in revenue - you will get cut. Everyone eventually does.
