Pros

Paid weekly, half decent benefits, safety bonuses, there is a good 401k plan. Profit sharing through an employee stock purchase plan.

Cons

The trucks are falling apart. The drivers write things to be fixed and have a hard time getting them taken care of. Many driver comfort items are overlooked as not safety sensitive. Air conditioning is a big necessity when working in hot humid conditions. If a truck has A/C, it should work. It seems like everything is a big secret. The communication between the managers and drivers is lacking. Management seems more concerned about the bottom line. The drivers are the face of the company and management needs to do whatever it takes to make sure the drivers are happy. If the drivers are happy, the customer is happy.

Pros

Hard working co-workers that care about their work and environment. Decent benefits for workers & families. Alot of personal freedom to get work completed.

Cons

Poor equipment & site maintenance causing more interruptions. Constantly trying to "save" money by not performing work. General attitude from front line emplyees is not positive due to continuosly being asked to do more with less. Very compartmentalized institution & goals are not aligned with the success of the customers.
