      Ever changing procedures with little advancement opportunities, lack of management knowledge.

      Great benefits and stock growth,

      Cons

      Lack of structure and ever changing procedures and commission opportunities. Management doesnt have to learn the procedures of their subordinates. Constant focus on the stock holders and constant price increases and no emphasis on customer service in the field.

      Pros

      They paid weekly. Coworkers were very nice people.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The training is below what they actually expect you to know when it's complete. The trainer is either a lay about or is getting dementia. They listen to all your calls and judge every little word you say. The customer service supervisor sits in her office all day eating. She literally eats all day. That's all she does.She also very racist against anyone that is not black. She literally would have screaming arguments with the same white woman. She picked on her to the point that we all thought she would have a breakdown.

      Pros

      There really arent many...besides the fact you get a paycheck every week if hourly and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Management staff is poorly trained and have no clue as to what they are doing. Pretty much they show up to work, make a bunch of mistakes and others are expected to fix them. Limited amount of upward mobility.
