Not a desirable place to work, just a job but not a career.
Pros
Weekly paycheck and monthly incentive
Cons
Weak leadership that micromanages their employees, yet has no idea what it's like to work on the front line. It's all about the almighty dollar and cutting costs. Neither the local MA nor corporate really cares about their employees, even those who have worked long term and been loyal and "engaged" with the company for years. Policies, procedures, and department infrastructure always changing without notice, not much promoting from within due to politics, HR does not know what they are doing, complete disorganization, and employee disrespect. This year sick days were eliminated so any unscheduled time off is reprimanded- this is not conducive to working parents and very un progressive for a Fortune 200 company. Customer service and Operations do not have the same visions and contradict each other, customers have to call in many times for complaint resolution. The list of cons could go on and on.... It is a job not a career working here.
