      ok company but area manager is a drunk

      Pros

      Lots of freedom with travel budget and entertainment.

      Cons

      irratic area manager calls at all hours when drunk and doesn't remember the conversation the next day.

      salary plus commission, off on weekends, room for advancement, paid vacation, paid personal time, paid holidays, good benefits, good location,

      Cons

      Micro managed, not enough help from management, management was very clique-ey, very heavy workload, management talks down to employees, many lay offs, management is not understanding when you need to use your personal time

      Not about the employees. Only about the work. They tell employees who work hard that they are replaceable.

      Ummmmm.... You make ok money, but not as much as you should. You get a cost of living raise every year.

      Cons

      Management is about bonus and not workers. Workers have no reconition and no raises.
