      Pros

      Great Benefits, When the commission is good it's good, Hourly plus commission, Nice hours.

      Cons

      Micro Manages employees, New supervisors and managers who don't know much about the company and constant changes. Try to do anything to not pay out full commission, very hard to schedule time off, makes employees feel like just a number, every minute of your day is micro managed down to how often you use the restroom, Best to be hired on working for corporate.

      401k, stock and benefits Overtime is good Insurance is ok. Good career job

      Cons

      Management hides stuff from corporate. Raises are horrible. They go down every year and the post how much they profited in a year but raise goes down. Employees are not appreciated for their work. Raises are supposed to go by performance but everyone gets the same. How is that fair? They want promote you on experience and time u been there they tell you that it's based off your hourly pay. How you gonna get their with a 2% raise. I've been here a long time and is still at bottom. You might think I need to change title at top after you read this. I love my job just wish WM will open their eyes and see the things going wrong in this company.
