The customer experience team was sometimes overwhelmed with the work load, and the sales and management in the area they were supporting made changes to process on a regular basis and in most cases did not advise the reps or management of the process chnage until a problem with an account occurred.Too many people making decisions.

The ridiculous hours that have to be worked in order to hit deadlines. The amount of work is unrealistic to have any kind of balance between work and family. There is a big part of management support that is simply not there, especially in accounting where there is the greatest need. While the workforce is loyal, WM is not, they just laid off close to 1,000 corporate employees and the area is believed to be next. Very little opportunity for advancement.
