steady job good people to work with we go the extra mile for our customers just don't want to lose it

Cons

got to watch what you report to hr turn in upper management for conduct issue found in my favor now the one who got in trouble decides what i get paid a hour and has said i won't see top pay as long as they decide what i get even when company gives out raises and made sure to say this when no one else was around to hear it

Awesome benefits. If you know the right people, you can advance.

Cons

Way too much concern for their shareholders. Recycling is only done because society says they have to. Management is hired into positions that they have never worked in and are clueless how to run them efficiently. "Green" divisions are given no support. Employees are pushed for results, while being treated like dirt.
