      Not a tall recommended for male candidates

      Pros

      Salary increment is better than other companies like mnc but still it is very low some people got 3%, 6% and 9% hikes few only got 12-13% hike

      Cons

      Micromanagement Permanent night shift unnecessary because there is no coordination with onshore team There tag line is people first company but the management is not good If someone has genuine health issues then they will never give them day shift however there is lot of possibilities in day shift I am working since a long time and providing health documents instead of chest pain they do not allow me to work in day shift and they have given day shift of so many co workers although they did not ask for day shift

      Good benefits, good pay, and good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Management is a mess. Way too many managers and none of them want to follow what is supposed to be company protocol. Example being workers being left to work alone on dangerous/heavy jobs.
