A decent place to work, but expect a slow career path if you want advancement

Pros

Culture is overall pretty good (somewhat team/department dependent, of course). Senior leadership is competent and runs the company well, though I do wonder if they truly have the 10-20 year vision that is needed.

Cons

Slow career advancement and an HR department that just likes policies and not common sense. Pay was under market. Benefits are fine, but not great, for a F500.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, they are trying to work on more women employees or so they say, they are trying to bring diversity awareness but only for Latinos and Blacks, if you fall under any other category you don't exist.

Cons

Career development, bad maternity leave benefits, Pay is low, no diversity, no equal pay for women (good ol White boys club), If you are great at what you do you get rewarded with more work and same pay.
