Pros

Great benefits, was with the company over 22 years.

Cons

I was immediately fired and marked no rehire because one of the trash helpers was seen On the drive cam playing with a toy gun he found in the trash. I immediately wrote the incident up and informed my supervisor of the situation via email because he did not answer the phone. I had incident flagged for the following Monday to meet with driver and helper and to have a safety meeting with my entire team. Instead I was told do not come to work until investigation. I was never questioned just told to come get my stuff a few days later that myself the driver and helper were fired. I was devoted to this company for most of my life and did an excellent job. I loved my Job ! My wife was a stay at home mom and I brought home a paycheck. Our work changed instantly!

Work from home, stock purchase plan, technology provided, good marketing, "big" company benefits like brand recognition and clear strategy.

Cons

It's all in the department. Policies are not clear, nothing is updated in our department or in technology, no incentives, no follow up on consistently reported issues, unethical sales team and account success representative always defends sales getting their commission over correctly or truthfully doing what's asked. In this department you make changes FOR the sales representatives who ignore you, ignore their customers, and they get commission off of it. You get $0 for managing their accounts. Tons of excuses as to why this is okay and you get yelled at by customer instead for their mistakes which are frequent. Half the day you wonder if managers are even at their computer. No room advancement like other reviews say, unless you want to move into an equally unappetizing customer service/sales role. Extremely low pay for the amount of problems we fix for extreme company profits. Manager gets bonuses off extra calls so they hound you and manipulate you for more outside of your pay.
