Pros

Food in the cafeteria is ok.

Cons

I’m not even sure where to start. First there is such a high turn over rate, that the training class before mine started with 22 people and ended with 4 people left. My training class started with like 16 and I believe two or three people are left? Awful. Trainers are rude, supervisors are rude. Training was 14 weeks and within the second week they threw us on calls, with no actual knowledge of anything except writing tickets. Actual system (MAS and scripts) is awful and crashes constantly. They refuse to update a system that’s old and awful but will update other systems needed that were newer and didn’t need updating. Dispatch always changes tickets without notifying anyone resulting in customer calling back multiple times. Changed autopay without notifying customers resulting in customers being passed due and wm said it was the customers fault for not making sure it came out of their bank account every month. When needing help due to no guidance what so ever there will be no one around to help. Older employees don’t get updated training on simple things causing call backs, confusion. Other agents act like they are in charge of people due to supervisor favoritisms. Unrealistic metrics. HR doesn’t even know what they’re doing half the time and give incorrect information to employees. Do not go here. Do not.

Pros

Great benefits, when I started you got 3 weeks vacation. Most weekends off. For the most part steady work because people quit in the winter.

Cons

There is not nor will ever be ac in the trucks. They have been saying for years they will be getting new trucks it's just not true. You will die of heat stroke before this happens. The trucks are absolute junk and they will get away with it for as long as people drive them. Use this job as a ditch all effort last resort. Be for warned the trucks are complete junk and people with 20 years in the company get the nice trucks.
