      Pros

      Benefits - whether union or as a WM employee, this company takes care of you. Work-Life balance - minus the expected 10 hour shifts, once you are done for the day, you are done. Only the DOM or DM will handle outside the working hour requests/needs. Company work vehicle with fuel card to boot

      Cons

      High expectations with safety. Most make sense, but a few remain to be discussed. Having a camera in your work truck, monitoring your every movement and activity can add to a commute, should you have one long enough to increase your risk of a "drive cam" event.

      Frontline employees work hard for the organization

      Cons

      Little to no training (Refused to provide certain training, tools, and application accesses) Poor communication Onsided (Management way or the highway) Bad culture created (Bad mouthing behind back, lying, rude gestures, and degrading) by mangement Favortism
