Pros

very innovative company. a lot of growth. a very young environment so it's a very fun place to start as a college graduate.

Cons

very low pay and very cliquey. HR doesn't really care about you unless you're good friends with them, they allow things to happen that shouldn't. Very demanding bosses.

Pros

I loved working with the best and the brightest in the business. Marc Geiger is an genius who never sleeps and it's amazing. You meet a lot of young people with similar interests. Perks of getting on the Show Lists is awesome.

Cons

You don't have a life outside of work. You better hope you like your new co-workers because that's all you'll see. And obviously, the pay sucks.

Pros

Cool people on support staff, some good perks for concerts and festivals

Cons

Terrible pay, abusive agents, HR that turns a blind eye to blatant abuse, toxic culture, male agents that will only hire female assistants, hard road to promotion, office politics, gossip, lack of resources, being overworked, zero work life balance
