Pros

Some nice people. Nice offices. CIO is great.

Cons

Total chaos. Unclear roles & responsibilities. Major complexities with poor systems and processes to help support. Communication between teams is very bad. Recent cuts to spending and workforce will only exacerbate the problem. Zero regard for peoples’ careers or wellbeing, it’s only about cost saving now. I could go on…but unless something major changes this business will remain a complete mess.

Pros

good learning curve, hybrid working

Cons

Horrible culture, senior management surely needs to change.. they always make you feel- not good enough , they are not concerned about what issues you are facing and what support they can provide but always look for problems in you.. they have strange culture of passive aggression and even heard people shouting and screaming to get their work done
